SYRFILM gives out awards in 15 categories plus Special Jury Awards. Amounts vary each year but range from $250 - $5,000.

Additional awards such as Avid editing software and Kodak film stock may be offered to selected works. The Jury always reserves the right to not grant awards if it determines that no entry in that category is worthy.
